What the forms collect

Applications collect your name, email address, maker or business name, town, state, categories, website if supplied, requested support, and description of your work. Inquiries collect your name, email address, topic, maker or business if supplied, and message. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information.

Who can see submissions

Dave McLaughlin operates Blue Dot Makers and reviews submissions to respond to your request. We do not publish your application or send it to other makers automatically. We agree public listing details with you separately.

Private storage

Requests are saved in a private database on our server before a receipt is shown. We keep them to handle your request and maintain the directory. Email notifications are not connected; please keep your receipt reference. Product purchases are arranged directly with makers.

Tracking and hosting

We do not use advertising trackers, account cookies, or analytics scripts. Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS, and traffic protection and may process technical information such as IP addresses to provide those services. Our application logs record requested paths and response status, excluding form contents.

Questions or removal requests

Use the inquiry form and include your receipt reference to ask about your submission or request removal of your details. Your inquiry is also saved privately.
